About Us

Marlanna Homes began building homes in 2020 around Grey-Bruce, North Wellington and surrounding areas.

The business is owned and operated by Shawn and Emily Aitken. Our team has 15 years of experience in the home building business gained by working in custom home construction and community building projects.

Shawn has owned his own framing business Aitken Custom Framing since 2003. We have hardworking and dedicated employees, many have been with us for the last 13 years. With their expertise, we are committed to building custom homes.

When we’re not building new homes, Shawn coaches his two daughters hockey team and is on the Mount Forest minor hockey committee. We know how important it is to have a safe and supportive neighbourhood - it’s at the heart of everything we build.
